“Okay, send them over.”

“Well, take off then. Don’t want you getting sick for the next week.”

It looked like Mr. Jones was wealthier than he let one, and explained the watermarking. There was information here that, if someone decided to spread it, could do a lot of damage to his assets.

Good thing she had the best possible security on her network.

But, as Meredith looked over the information, the noticed the shimmering images that were on the sides of the paper, and the single complex symbol that was at the center of each sheet. No matter how she resized them, the watermarks were still there, changing color every second.

It was distracting.

But not unpleasant.  Meredith found her eyes tracing the lines, focusing on the colors, even as they drew her eye to the center symbol. It looked like a stylized…

Woman? Meredith blinked, but the moment she thought about that, her eyes were drawn back to the edge of the document she’d been looking at.   They flicked around the edge and then back to the central symbol.
